REFUNDS

All sales are final. Payments are processed within 24hrs of booking reservation. Rates are subject to change. Minimum stays may be required. Rates are per night & in U.S. Dollars. If you wish to cancel your reservation, or change the dates you may. We will gladly offer you a credit for up to two years from the date you cancel or move the reservation as we are not able to offer refunds. We will not charge any re-booking fee. If you need to cancel please notify us at least 15 days in advance. Cancellations or date change made less than 15 days in advance requires the decision of management to offer the guest the credit or not, which depends on if the Inn can rent that room in such a short notice. Rates are for occupancy by 1 or 2 guest(s); a charge of $20.00/night will apply for each additional guest. Emergencies can happen at any time, a death in the family, snow storms, hurricanes, airline cancellations – we will try our best to accommodate your emergency. But if for some reason we cannot accommodate your emergency we will offer you a credit to be used for up to two years from the time of issue. No refund will apply. We strongly recommend you get traveler’s insurance that covers any emergency.

 

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

Please check-in by 3:00 PM. For late check-in please contact us 48 hours before arrival. At check-in time you must provide your drivers license and a valid credit card (Debit Cards excluded) to be kept on file for incidentals, room damage, etc. If you pay for your reservation with a debit card or cash our system requires a valid credit card to be kept on file at the time of check-in. As well; you must provide the names of all guests staying in the property. Our check-out time is 11AM. Based on availability, you could stay longer with us at the cost of $20 an hour.

 

RULES AND REGULATIONS

2 Night minimum stay is required.

The patio area and facilities are exclusively for the properties of Inn On The Drive registered guests, friends or family members can visit as guests. Please limit your guests to a maximum of two, it is prohibited to bring guests from outside or family members and do a gathering or party. Parking spaces are for registered guests only. The properties are not conducive for children or pets.

If you drink alcoholic beverages please control yourself and your guests. No intoxicated guests will be permitted in the exterior of the facilities. For other guests in the Inn who are not drinking this can be disturbing.

Pool Towels are to be returned to your room and not left outside.

No loud conversation or noise in the patio area after 10:30 P.M. – NO EXCEPTIONS.

PLEASE NOTE: You will receive a transaction receipt after you finish your reservation process on the website. Your reservation is not confirmed until you received a reservation confirmation email from us within 24 hours of your booking.

You must understand your responsibility as an occupant and accept any financial burden for damages to your room or its surrounding property, caused by you or any members of your party. You agree to pay for the total repair or replacement costs of the room and the surrounding areas in the event of damage or loss, caused by yourself or any members of your party during your stay. Such damages and loss will be covered in writing and provided to you by the owner.

No smoking is permitted indoors

For overnight guest(s) of Inn On The Drive daily maid service will be provided as requested.

No parties allowed for groups over 4 persons without the prior consent of the management.

 

POOL POLICY

Inn On The Drive does not provide a pool lifeguard/employee available for pool supervision. The use of the pool facility by the guest or those that would accompany them is solely at your own risk. All guest assume full responsibility & agree to hold harmless of liability Inn On The Drive in the event of an incident, accident or emergency.

Overnight guest are not permitted unless the owner authorizes them in writing.

The person making this reservation must explain these rules and regulations to everyone in his/her group, and said person will be responsible for everybody to follow the rules and regulations.

A paid reservation confirms the agreement by guest of the “Terms & Conditions” of our Hotels cancellation/refund policy, liability, etc.
