#1. Everglades Alligator & Airboat Tours
An airboat tour through the Everglades should be on everyone’s bucket list when visiting Florida. The experience is unlike anything else and lets you get up close and personal with nature. This part of the US offers unique wildlife that is worth checking out.
There are a variety of airboat tours to choose from. Some last five hours while others are a quicker jaunt at closer to one-hour. These narrated boat rides will take you through lush habitats, and if you’re lucky, you’ll have a chance to spot alligators big and small.
#2. Check Out the Bar Scene
Inn On The Drive is a one-minute walk from the most happening part of town, Wilton Drive. Here you’ll find nightlife and daylife, as well as some of the best gay bars around. After all, this is South Florida’s “most famous gayborhood.”
There is something for everyone in this neck of the woods. From dive bars to bull riding and night clubs too – you can people watch on a bar stool or get your groove on.
#3. Spend a Day at the Beach
A trip to South Florida isn’t complete without hanging out at the beach, and around here, there is no shortage of beautiful beaches. Beaches are located just a few miles away from Inn On The Drive.
